As a Client Success Associate you will be working on a team that is responsible for the customer satisfaction and retention of OTC Markets Group’s premium clients that are traded on the OTCQX and OTCQB Marketplaces. You will primarily interact and build relationships with International and Domestic corporate clients whose shares are traded on our OTCQB Platform- America’s Venture Stage Marketplace.  In this role you will be required to deepen and broaden strategic relationships within the client at the “C” suite and key influencers at OTCQB traded companies.   You will also develop, design and manage client account plan designed for maximum retention of OTCQB traded companies.

In addition, you will work on projects with the VP Corporate Services with the objective of enhancing the customer satisfaction and retention of companies that are traded on both the OTCQX and OTCQB Platforms. You will manage the feedback loop primarily from clients traded on the OTCQB platform and work with VP Corporate Client Group, Senior Management and Sales teams to contribute in developing new offerings and solutions to enhance the retention of clients.

Entry level Client Success Role requires a highly energetic and engaging personality with some initial experience in financial services, investor relations or client success.  Applicant should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and take great pride in customer satisfaction - willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.   Applicant must be able to succeed in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and have strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with customer and colleagues.
