OTC Markets Group Inc. is looking for a full time mid level employee to join our Corporate Services team in the capacity of an Advisor Relations Analyst.

Job Duties:

  • Manage current and regular information flows among QX Sponsors which include FINRA members, Attorneys and Corporate Brokers that service the OTCQB and OTCQX community
  • Monitor and attend ongoing conferences to strengthen and broaden ties with community that services the small and microcap community in line with mission of OTC Markets Group; including expansion into the Investor relations firms that service our community
  • Assist Senior Advisor Relations executive with broadening and expanding the network of advisors that surround issuer clients with the goal of expanding, increasing the number of services OTCQB, OTCQX, DNS, research that issuers procure as part of their development as a corporate citizen
  • Jobs Act - RegA+: stay on top of current and upcoming changes to the RegA+ environment; continue to broaden and expand into the community of RegA+ Tier 1 and Tier 2 advisors networking and maintaining relationship with parties
  • Manage and create content with marketing related to key notifications to Advisor community 
  • Interact with our sales, client service, market data and marketing teams.  
  • Provide assistance to onboarding and ongoing policies and procedure and field any related questions to advisor community 



•             Willing to work collaboratively in an open office setting with a small, close-knit team

•             Ability to conduct research, fact finding and critical analysis of publicly traded companies

•             A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics

•             Familiarity with quarterly and annual financial reports

•             Self-motivated, fast-learner, and able to work well with a team and individually

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels both within and outside the organization. This position also requires significant levels of customer communication and support both over the telephone and via email

•             Detail-oriented and able to adhere to specific procedural requirements

•             Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines

•             Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
